输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗息肉包裹输尿管结石的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗息肉包裹输尿管结石的安全性及有效性。方法采用硬性输尿管镜下钬激光治疗并发息肉包裹输尿管结石92例。结石大小0.1cm×0.8cm～1.6cm×2.2cm。结果手术时间15～70min,平均32min。92例患者息肉一次治疗成功,除4例上段结石部分结石返肾盂,术后予ESWL治疗,其余88例均碎石成功。输尿管中下段碎石成功率100%,术中输尿管穿孔2例;12例术后发热;24例术后腰痛。术后4周复查B超、KUB、IVP,结石排净率97.8%(90/92)。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗息肉包裹输尿管结石安全有效。Objective To Discuss the ureteroscopy holmium laser treatment polyps package the safety and efficacy of ureteral calculi. Methods Using rigid ureteroscope holmium laser to treat concurrent polyps package of 92 cases ureteral calculi. Stone size was from 0.1 cm×0.8 cm to 1.6 cm×2.2 cm. Results The operation time 15-70 rain, averaged 32 min. 92 patients polyps got a treatment success, in addition to the DuanJieShi 4 cases of renal pelvis to stone, postoperative ESWL for treatment, the other 88 cases were successful gravel. Ureteral below the period of gravel rate was 100%, perioperative, ureteral perforation in 2 cases; 12 cases of postoperative fever; After 24 cases of back pain. The review, B ultrasonic around KUB, IVP, stone row net rate 97.8% （90/92）. Conclusions Ureteroscopy holmium laser treatment under the rubble of ureteral calculi polyps package is safe and effective.
