康忻与合心爽联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨康忻与合心爽治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UPA)的疗效和安全性。方法将UPA患者随机分为治疗组73例,对照组72例。治疗组用康忻1.25～5mg,1次/d,合心爽30～60mg,1次/8h,共14d;对照组用安慰剂口服,1次/d,合心爽30～60mg,1次/8h,共14d。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,治疗组总有效率95.4%,对照组总有效率85.7%,两组在疗效上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗组比对照组效果好、安全性可靠。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of using Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets in combination with Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets to treat UPA. Methods The UPA patients were divided into two groups stochastically： the treatment group （n=73） and the control group （n：72）. The patients in the treatment group took 1.25-5mg Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets once a day and 30- 60mg and Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets once eight hours for two weeks. The patients in the control group took Placebot once a day and 30 - 60mg Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets once eight hours for two weeks. Results Therapeutic outcome of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the con- trol group with the cure rate 95. 4% v 85. 7%, which was really meaningful （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The treatment in the first group has got a better effect and is more reliably safe.
