摘　　要：目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在静脉安全用药的应用效果。方法应用失效模式与效应分析对静脉输液进行风险评估,针对可能的问题制定相应的改进措施。结果通过实施FMEA分析和改进后,各高风险事件的发生率显著低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论通过应用失效模式与效应分析可降低患者在静脉输液中的风险,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the （FMEA） in intravenous drug safety. Methods application effects of failure mode and effect analysis Failure mode and effect analysis were used for evaluating the risk of venous transfusion and the improvement measures were formulated. Results After analyzed by failure mode and effect analysis, the incidence of high-risk events were significantly lower than before （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The failure mode and effect analysis can reduce the risks in venous trans- fusion. It is worth for generalization.
