双开窗法治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出并钙化的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨双开窗法治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出并钙化器械改良、手术方法和疗效。方法采用椎板间双侧开窗减压的方法,治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出并钙化患者25例,包括单节段钙化23例,双节段钙化2例。结果 25例患者获得1～7年随访,优良率92.0%,发生并发症2例,占8.0%。结论双开窗法可以在椎管减压的同时保持脊柱的稳定性,具有手术创伤小、恢复快的优点。Objective To study the modification of method and the efficacy of using bi--lateral fenestration to treat central lumbar disc herniation with calcification. Methods From 2003 to April 2010, 25 cases were treated with hi-lateral fenestration, 23 cases of whom were calcified in single segment the other2 cases in double segments. Results The follow-up of 25 cases had shown an excellent and good rate of 92.0%, with complications in 2 cases which accounted for 8.0%. Conclusions - Bilateral fenestration could decompress spinal canal, simultaneously maintaining spinal stability, and has the advantage of less trauma and quick recovery.
