摘  要:目的:建立一种全自动的、快速准确测定水中痕量挥发酚的流动注射分析法。方法:利用全封闭的流动注射体系,通过在线蒸馏、在线冷凝、在线萃取,实现对水中痕量挥发酚的分析。结果:方法的线性范围为0.5μg/L~30μg/L(r≥0.999);检出限为0.15μg/L;其相对标准偏差为1.6%~3.2%(n=7),样品测定频率为18样.L-1。对4个水样进行加标回收率的测定,结果为96%~110%。结论:该方法准确度高,重现性好,灵敏度高,适合测定水中衡量的挥发酚。Objective:To develop an automated,accurate and efficient method for determination of trace volatile phenolics in water by on-line distillation and on-line extraction–flow injection analysis.Methods: A full closed flow injection system which includes on-line distillation,on-line condensation and on-line extraction can detect trace volatile phenolics in water.Results: The linearity and the detection limit of the proposed method were found to be 0.5 μg/L^30 μg/L(r≥0.999) and 0.15 μg/L.The relative standard deviation were 1.6%~3.2%(n=7).The determination frequency was 18 samples h^-1.Four Samples were analyzed with the recovery of 96%~110%.Conclusion: This method is of good accuracy,high repeatability and sensitivity.This method has met the requirement of analysis method for race volatile phenolics in water.
