Rh(D)阴性孕妇贮存式自体输血前后主要血液指标的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察Rh(D)阴性孕妇贮存式自体输血对主要血液指标的影响。方法:选择2008年1月-2011年5月29例符合贮存式自体输血Rh(D)阴性孕妇,观察采血前后及回输前后3 d血液指标是否具有统计学意义。结果:29例Rh(D)阴性孕妇采血前后及回输前后3 d血常规主要指标红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)、血小板(Plt)量差别不具统计学意义(P>0.05);自体血液回输时无任何输血不良反应,也未输异体血,回输前后血液指标也基本在正常范围内。结论:贮存式自体输血对Rh(D)阴性孕妇的血液主要指标不产生明显的影响,认为贮存式自体输血对Rh(D)阴性孕妇是安全的、有效的输血方式,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective：To observe the main blood indexs in preoperative autologous blood transfusion in pregnant women with Rh（D） negative blood type.Methods： The values of Rbc,Hb,Hct,Plt were tested prior to,after phlebotomy and prior to,after delivery on three days in 29 pregnant women with Rh（D） negative blood type from January 2008 to May 2011.Results： There were no statistical significance in the values of Rbc,Hb,Hct,Plt between prior to and after phlebotomy,also no significance prior to,after delivery on the three days in 29 pregnant women.（P〈0.05）.There were no bad reactions and allogeneic transfusion in 29 prognence women.Conclusion： The preoperative autologous blood transfusions in pregnancy women is safe and effective,it is worth to extend application in clinic.
