摘　　要：目的通过对某扬声器厂涂胶工艺的职业病危害防护设施的改造,使涂胶岗位的职业病危害因素的浓度低于国家职业接触限值的效果。方法运用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、卫生工程检测等方法进行识别和分析。结果该厂整改前涂胶岗位甲苯超标,超标率为60%;整改后现场检测结果显示,甲苯浓度均低于国家职业接触限值,合格率为100%。结论涂胶工艺的职业病危害防护设施的改造措施可行,防护效果良好。[Objective]To make the intensity of occupational hazards in gluing position lower than the national occupational exposure limits via the rectification of occupational hazard prevention facilities.[Methods]Survey of occupational health,occupational health detection and health engineering testing were used for identification and analysis of occupational hazards.[Results]The toluene concentration exceeded standards before rectification,the over standard rate was 60%.Field test results showed the toluene concentration was lower than national standards after rectification,the qualified rate was 100%.[Conclusion]The reform measures of the protection facilities against occupational hazards in gluing process are feasible,with good protecting effect.
