摘 要:目的:探讨检测蠕形螨方法以及蠕形螨感染与面部疾患的关系。方法:采用透明胶纸粘贴法和挤粘结合法对540名在校大学生进行蠕形螨检查,同时观察其面部皮肤状况。结果:在校大学生蠕形螨总感染率为54.44%。毛囊蠕形螨面部感染率(33.88%)高于皮脂蠕形螨(11.48%);挤粘结合法检查蠕形螨感染阳性率(54.44%)高于透明胶纸法(34.26%),检出率差异有显著性(P<0.05);有皮肤疾患者蠕形螨感染率(68.71%)明显高于皮肤正常人群(48.27%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在校大学生人体蠕形螨感染较普遍,挤粘结合法检查蠕形螨的检出率高于透明胶纸法,有皮肤疾患者的蠕形螨感染率明显增高。Objective:To investigate the methods for detecting follicle mites and the relationship between human follicle mites infection and the facial dermatogic diseases.Methods: 540 local college students were selected for the diagnosis of human follicle mites infection using transparent adhesive tape method and squeezing method.Facial skin of each student was examined.Results: The infection rate of human follicle mites in the local university student was 54.44%.The detection rate of squeezing method was significantly higher than that of transparent adhesive tape method,which was of statistical significance(P〈0.05).In 294 infected students,33.88% were infected with Demodex folliculorum and 11.48% were infected with Demodex brevis.The infection rate of the university students who had facial dermatogic diseases was higher than the normal ones(P〈0.01).Conclusion: The infection of human follicle mites was common in the college.The detection rate of squeezing method was higher than that of transparent adhesive tape method.The facial dermatogic diseases had direct relationship with infection of human follicle mites.
