摘　　要：目的掌握河北省成安县肺结核流行病学特征和发病规律,以控制结核病,有针对性地采取预防控制措施。方法对成安县2006—2010年肺结核病例进行流行病学分析。结果成安县2006—2010年肺结核发病1 080例,发病年龄主要集中在15～50岁之间,农民占87.22%,学生占6.57%,男女发病比例1.97∶1。结论加大落实肺结核患者或疑似患者的报告和转诊制度,有针对性地开展对结核病密切接触者、学生的结核病筛查,强化宣传教育,普及防治知识,是该县提高结核病发现率和治愈率的重点工作。[ Objective ] To study the epidemiological characteristics and law of pulmonary tuberculosis in Cheng＇an county of Hebei, Control the tuberculosis, and carry out the special prevention and control measures. [ Methods ] The cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in Cheng＇an county from 2006-2010 were analyzed with epidemiological methods. [ Results] There were 1 080 cases of pulmonary tu- berculosis in Cheng＇an county from 2006-2010, and most of cases were people aged 15-50 years old. 81.22% of patients were farm- er, 6.57% were student, and the male-to-female ratio was 1.97： 1. [ Conclusion] In order to enhance the discovery rate and cure rate of tuberculosis in Cheng＇an county, it is necessary to implement the report and transfer system among pulmonary tuberculosis patients and suspected patients, carry out the tuberculosis screening among close contacts and students, improve education and pop- ularize prevention and treatment knowledge.
