摘　　要：目的探讨利用精细配制法减少前列地尔脂微球载体注射液局部不良反应的临床效果。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,分别采取常规法和精细法配制前列地尔脂微球载体注射液,观察其用药后的局部不良反应。结果精细法配制并输注前列地尔脂微球载体注射液,其局部不良反应较常规法明显减少(P<0.05)。结论精细法配制并输注前列地尔脂微球载体注射液能充分保护脂微球结构,减少其用药后的局部不良反应。Object To investigate the clinical effects of using precision dispensing method on reducing the local adverse reactions of alprostadil Injection （Lipo-PGEI）. Methods 60 patients were divided into 2 groups with the conventional method and precision method for dispensing Lipo-PGE1 respectively. The local adverse reactions were obseved in the two groups after medication. Results The local adverse reactions in the precision method were obviously decreased than those in the conventional method（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using precision method for dispensing and infusing Lipo-PGE1 can protect the lipid microsphere structure and reduce the local adverse reactions after medication.
