腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果。方法选择输卵管妊娠的患者78例,随机分为两组,分别为腹腔镜手术组39例,开腹手术组39例,对两组的手术时间、术后体温恢复正常时间、肛门排气时间以及输卵管复通率以及受孕率进行观察和比较。结果两组患者在手术时间、术后体温恢复正常时间、肛门排气时间等方面比较,腹腔镜手术组均显著短于开腹手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后输卵管复通率以及1年内的受孕率,腹腔镜组均显著高于开腹手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠患者手术创伤小、手术时间短、术后恢复快、手术疗效好,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy operation in treating salpingoeyesis. Methods 78 cases of salpingocyesis were selected and divided into the laparoscope group and the laparotomy group, 39 cases in each group. The operative time, time of postoperative temperature returning to normal, anal exhaust time, repateney rate of salpinxes and pregnancy rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, time of postoperative temperature returning to normal and anal exhaust time in the laparoscope group were shorter than those in the laparotomy group with statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05 ）. The repatency rate of salpinxes and the pregnancy rate within 1 year in the laparoscope group were significantly higher than those in the laparotomy group, showing statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoseopie operation for treating salpingoeyesis has little trauma, short operative time, rapid postoperative recovery and good curative effects, which is worth for generalizationin clinic.
