摘　　要：研究了日本消化系统的解剖学和组织学 。The digestive system of Charybdis japonica Milne Edwards is studied with histochemical method.The results showed that the secretory cells in the hepatopancreas show activities of proteinase,non specific esterase and lipase,the absorptive cells contain much RNA and protain,the storage cells contain lipid and glicogen.The apical membrane of the epithelial cells of the midgut show alkaline phophatase activity.Both the esophageal gland and the hingut gland secrete acid mucopoly saccharides.
