摘 要:分别使用不同的一元醇和二元醇为引发剂,以三氟化硼为催化剂对环己烯的聚合进行了对比研究。考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应压力、引发剂质量分数等工艺条件对齐聚产物收率的影响。确定了环己烯齐聚的最佳工艺条件是温度为60℃,反应时间为3h,催化剂压力为0.4MPa,引发剂质量分数为0.4%。通过色谱分析计算,一元醇中正丁醇为较佳的引发剂,二元醇中乙二醇对环己烯齐聚效果较好,且正丁醇的效果好于乙二醇。The comparative study on polymerization of cyclohexene was carried out with using boron trifluoride as catalyst and monohydric alcohols and diols as initiator respectively. The effects of reaction temperature, time, and pressure, mass fraction of initiator and process conditions on oligomer yield were investigated. The optimal conditions for this process were confirmed as follows: the reaction temperature was 60~C, reaction time was 3h, catalyst pressure was 0.4MPa, and mass fraction of initiator was 0.4%. Through the chromatography analysis, it was proved that the n-butanol was better initiator among monohydric alcohols; the glycol had better effect on oligomerization of cyclohexene, and n-butanol was better than glycol.
