高新技术企业的技术保密措施及其影响因素

摘　　要：企业的技术保密与高新技术产业的安全息息相关。技术保密措施可以分为遏制、预防、判断3个层次,影响企业技术保密措施的因素有市场竞争、企业自主创新的积极性、企业管理者对知识产权的态度,以此为基础,本文对苏州、无锡、常州3市的高新技术企业进行了技术保密措施及其影响因素的问卷调查,对调查结果的因子分析取得不少有价值的发现。Keeping technical secrecy in enterprises is closely related to the security of high-tech industry. Countermeasures for keeping technical secrecy can be classified into the three levels of depression, prevention and judgment. The influential factors include market competition, activity for innovation of enterprise, manager＇s attitudes to intellectual property. A survey is made in high-tech enterprises in Suzhou, Changzhou and Wuxi about their countermeasures for keeping technical secrecy and the influential factors. Valuable findings are obtained from analyzes of the results.
