摘　　要：目的:探讨胎儿肾盂积水的声像图特征,评价其预后。方法:常规行胎儿产前系统超声检查,发现肾盂积水者进行分级,测量肾动脉阻力指数(RI)、羊水量,注意有无合并畸形,进行综合分析。结果:胎儿肾盂积水分级越高、发现越早、RI越高、合并畸形其预后较差,反之预后较好。结论:彩色多普勒超声可以准确诊断胎儿肾盂积水,并进行综合分析,对临床采取措施有实用价值。Objective：To explore the sonographic features of fetal hydronephrosis and evaluate its progno- sis. Methods： The fetal were examined by prenatal systematic ultrasonography. The hydronephrosis were grad- ed, then the resistance index of renal artery, amniotic fluid volume and deformity were analysed comprehensiv- ely. Results： The prognosis was poor who had high grades of fetal hydronephrosis, the renal artery RI 〉0.7 and the combined less amniotic fluid or other deformity. Otherwise, it was better. Conclusion： Color doppler ul- trosound can accurately diagnose fetal hydronephrosis and comprehensively analyse the result, it has practical val- ue of clinical measures.
