摘　　要：微量白蛋白尿(MAlb)是近年来国内外的研究热点,通过研究发现,它与许多疾病的发生、发展有关。目前国内外研究最多是它已成为多种疾病的危险预测因子,尤其在心血管疾病预后方面,是非常有价值的临床预测指标。本文通过查阅国内外最新文献资料,探讨微量白蛋白尿(MAlb)的检测方法、临床应用以及最新研究进展。Microalbuminuria（MAlb）is a research focus at domestic and abroad in recent years. The re- search shows it is with the development of many diseases. Currently, most studied is MAlb. It has become a predictor of the risk of many diseases, Especially in cardiovascular disease prognosis is extremely valuable clinical predictor. The articles access to the latest domestic and foreign literature, approach the phenomenon of heart rate turbulence at the mechanism and clinical application and recent advances.
