摘　　要：本文首次对粗糙沼虾雌性生殖系统的组织学进行了研究，结果表明：卵巢壁由外膜和内生殖上皮组成．输卵管壁由外膜和管壁上皮组成．根据卵细胞及其细胞核、核仁的形态以及卵黄发育情况，将卵子发生划分为五个时期，即：卵原细胞期；初级卵母细胞期；次级卵母细胞期；成熟前期；成熟期.并对不同时期的输卵管壁结构进行了探讨.The histological structure of the reproductive system of M. asperulum was studied at first, the results show: the female reproductive system consists of ovary and oviduct. The ovary is composed of ovary wall and germinal epithelium. Germinal epithelium will produce oogonium and follicle cell. Oviduct consists of adventitia and oviduct epithelium. According to the morphology of oocyte、 nuclei and nucleoli and yolk growth, the oogenesis can be divided into five stages: Oogonium stage, Primary oocyte stage, Secondary oocyte stage, Premature oocyte stage, Mature oocyte stage.
