摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育管理理念是大学生思想政治教育管理的灵魂。大学生思想政治教育管理理念的确立有其内在的政治依据、理论依据、现实依据、可行依据,新时期大学生思想政治教育管理理念具有国际性、民族性、导向性、前瞻性、规范性、层次性的特征,当代大学生思想政治教育管理要坚持科学化、和谐化、人本化的管理理念。Both American financial crisis and European sovereign debt crisis have not only deeply subverted the Western-led economic global system,but also fundamentally deconstructed Western-hegemony global culture system.The axis of global culture value coordinate is moving eastward.Based on this new horizon,we should possess new realms and new strategies in these following aspects: reflecting'the three musketeers'of postcolonial cultural criticism which called for Orient cultural consciousness during the last century,rethinking the future course of Chinese cultural consciousness,confidence and strength with the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,prospecting the global Chinese science at the turning point of mode transition from independent imported modernization to independent radial modernization.
