摘  要:在 p H7.0的磷酸缓冲液中 ,用循环伏安法制备了聚甲苯胺蓝修饰碳纤维微柱电极 .自制的碳纤维微柱电极分别在 +2 .5 V恒电位极化 30 s,- 1.0 V恒电位极化 30 s后 ,电极活性得到明显改善 ,于 - 0 .8V~ +0 .8V的电位区间内循环扫描 ,即得到致密的聚甲苯胺蓝膜修饰碳纤维微柱电极 .研究了聚甲苯胺蓝膜修饰碳纤维微柱电极的电化学性质和电催化性能 ,该膜对神经递质多巴胺有良好催化作用 ,催化峰电流与多巴胺浓度在 3.0× 10 - 5 mol/ L~ 3.0× 10 - 4 mol/ LPoly-toluidine blue (PTB) modified carbon fiber microcylinder electrode(CFME) was prepared in phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.0) by cyclic voltammetry. The CFMEs were electrochemically pretreated at +2.5V for 30s and -1.0V for 30s respectively, which changed the CFME electrochemical active greatly. The polymerizing TB was performed in a potential window of between +0.8V and -0.8V. The electrochemical properties and electrocatalytic effect of PTB modified CFME were studied. The CFME film has good electrocatalytic effect for dopamine(DA) and the catalytic currents are good linear relationship with the concentrations of DA in the range of 3.0×10 -5 ~ 3.0×10 -4 mol/L. It can be used as an analytical method for determination of DA concentration.
