摘 要:在磺胺甲基异口恶唑的激发峰 2 6 9.4nm处记录一阶导数发射光谱 ,采用峰 -谷法测量导数信号 ,在甲氧苄胺嘧啶存在下 ,不经分离和掩蔽实现磺胺甲基异口恶唑的测定 ;用二阶导数激发光谱 ,在磺胺甲基异口恶唑存在下 ,实现甲氧苄胺嘧啶的测定 .磺胺甲基异口恶唑的线性范围是 0~ 4.0 μg/ m L,甲氧苄胺嘧啶的线性范围是 0~ 3.0 μg/ m L.A derivative fluorimetric method was developed for the determination of trimethoprim and sulfamethoxizole. First derivative emission spectra were recorded at 269.4nm which was the exitation wavelength of sulfamethoxizole, sulfamethoxizole was determined in the presence of trimethoprim by measuring peak valley signal. Second derivative exitation spectra was recorded at the emission wavelength, 341.5nm. Trimethoprim was directly determined without any seperation and masking, the determination signal being measured by zero crossed intercept method. The linear relationship was obeyed in the range of 0 4.0μg/mL for sulfamethoxizole and 0-3.0μg/mL for trimethoprim. The instrument conditions were also selected. The method was simple, rapid and well repeated, and had been applied to the determ ination of trimethoprim and sulfamethoxizole in sulfamethoxizole composite with satisfactory results.
