摘  要:大规格电液伺服系统在锻压机械、轧钢机械等领域中已获得广泛的应用,本文简介了大规格电液伺服阀和电液比例阀的发展历程。论述了电磁伺服直驱的优点,明确指出开展电磁直驱式大规格电液伺服阀的研究具有重要意义。分析了现阶段国内外主要的电磁直驱式电液伺服阀的工作原理、结构和优缺点。探讨了电磁直驱式电液伺服阀的发展趋势。最后分析了电磁直驱式电液伺服阀在金属挤压设备、锻造设备等领域中的应用优势。Large gauge electro-hydraulic servo system has been widely applied in forging machinery, rolling machinery and other fields. The history of large gauge electro-hydraulic servo-valve and electro-hydraulic proportional valve is briefly introduced in this paper. The advantages of electromagnetic servo direct driving are discussed and the impt)rtant signfieance of researching large gauge electromagnetic direct drive etectro-hydrauhc servo-valve is definitely indicated. The working principle, structure, advantages and disadvantages of the current major elecromagnetic direct drive electro-hydraulic servo-valves, both at home and abroad, are analyzed, The development trend of electromagnetic direct drive electro-hydraulic servo-valve is discussed. Finally, the application advantages of electromagnetic direct drive electro-hydraulic servo-valve in metal extrusion equipment, forging equipment and other fields are analyzed.
