摘　　要：压力容器在运行中与人民的生命财产相关,因此,制造监理工作十分重要。本文通过对固定式压力容器的制造过程进行监理实践,提出行之有效的监理方法,对材质的验收、焊接质量的控制等质量要点总结出简洁的方法,对设备制造监理及质量控制有一定的借鉴作用。Pressure vessels in the operation are related to people＇s life and property, therefore the pressure ves- sel production and supervision are very important. An effective supervision method is proposed on the basis of the manufacturing process supervision for the fixed pressure vessels. Some measures for acceptance of the material, control of welding quality and the key processes are summarized. It can be used for the reference in equipment production supervision and quality control.
