眼子菜科、川蔓藻科植物果实微形态特征的初步研究

摘　　要：水生植物泽泻亚纲(Alismatidae)由于长期适应水环境而在形态和结构上表现出了高度的趋同适应和结构简化.为寻找泽泻亚纲系统学的新证据,应用扫描电镜对该亚纲眼子菜科(Potamogetonaceae)和川蔓藻科(Ruppiaceae)代表植物的果实微形态特征进行了观察.结果表明,果实微形态特征可以作为眼子菜科种类划分的依据.川蔓藻科植物的果实微形态特征与小眼子菜等相似,反映了该科与眼子菜科有密切的联系.The micromorphology of fruit coats of 6 species of Potamogetonaceae and 2 species of Ruppiaceae was examined under scanning electron microscope for the first time.The results show that the type of epidermal sculpture and radial cell wall of fruit coats are taxonomically useful for the identification of species in Potamogentonaceae.The micromorphological features of fruit coats of Ruppiaceae are similar with some species of Potamogetonaceae.The micromorphological evidences from fruit coats support the viewpoint that Potamogetonaceae and Ruppiaceae are related.
