摘　　要：针对在质量保证体系基础上实施卫星产品保证 ,应用模型参考思想建立了卫星质量保证体系与产品保证体系质量控制目标函数 ,比较了二者的区别与联系 。This paper presents the quality control objective function of quality assurance system and products assurance system on the basis of executing satellite product assurance by means of model reference theory. Then we compare the differences and the relationships of the two systems. And we apply quality control objective function to control and manage the satellite quality.
