痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液联合头孢他啶注射液治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法将82例患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例,给予痰热清注射液与头孢他啶注射液联用,对照组40例,单用头孢他啶注射液。结果治疗组总有效率95.24%,对照组77.50%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合头孢他啶注射液治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作有良好的临床效果。Objective To investgate the clinic observation on Tanreqing Injection in treating Chronic bronchitis in acute break out associating with Ceftazidime Injection. Metilods 82 patients were divided ran- domly into treatment group and control group. Tanreqing Injection was given to the 42 patients of treatment group associating with Ceftazidime Injection. Ceftazidime Injection was given to the 40 patients of control group. Results The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 95.24%, and that of control group was 77.5% . The two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conchmion Tanreqing Injection in treating Chronic bronchitis in acute break out had good clinical results with associating Ceftazidime. Injection.
