摘　　要：目的探讨胸骨骨折的外科治疗方法。方法 18例胸骨骨折患者,其中6例非手术治疗,12例行手术固定胸骨。结果两组均无死亡病历,手术组反常呼吸明显消失,患者较早下床活动,疼痛减轻快。结论镍钛记忆合金治疗胸骨骨折具有创伤小,固定可靠,操作安全等优点,是理想的胸骨固定材料。Objective To explore surgical treatment of sternal fracture. Methods Among 18 cases with sternal fracture,6 cases were received conservative treatment and 12 cases were treated by sternal fracture fixated. Results No case dead, abnormal respiration is disappearance obviously in the fixated group, patients moved around early and ache alleviated quickly. Conclusion The internal fixation with Ni-Ti memory alloy is less traumatic, stable, safely effective to treat sternal fracture. It is the ideal material of sternal fracture fixated.
