TDX测定利多卡因的人体动脉血药浓度及其药代动力学研究

摘　　要：本研究用TDX 荧光偏振免疫分析法对利多卡因星状神经节阻滞及硬膜外阻滞(又分利多卡因生理盐水组为A 组,利多卡因50%葡萄糖溶液组为B 组。)治疗末梢性新鲜面瘫和腰腿痛病人共17例,并做了动脉血药浓度监测及药代动力学的探讨.结果星状神经节阻滞组药代动力学呈二室模型,硬膜外阻滞B 组呈一室模型,A 组一、二室模型均有。Lidocaine was inzected into stellate for the patients with fresh facial palsyand epidural anaesthesia for the patients with pain girdle of inferior extremity intotal 17 cases.In addition,arterial blood lidocaine concentration was monitoredand pharmacokinetics by TDX.The result of block stellate fitted a two-compar-tment model.In epidural anaesthesia,the result of Lidocaine normal Saline group(group A)fitted an one or two-compartment model,the result of Lidocaine 50%glucose group(group B)fitted an one-compartment model.
