摘　　要：上个世纪60年代,日本政府根据煤炭工业衰退不可逆转的实际,实施了一系列政策措施,对煤炭产业进行调整与改造,九州地区产业的成功转型给人很大启示。本文借鉴九州地区产业转型的经验,并结合徐州煤炭产业存在的问题,提出有效的对策和具体措施,借以加快徐州老工业基地的全面振兴。It is widely known that in the 1960s,Japanese government carried out a battery of policies to restructure the national coal industry for the purpose of turning the tide of industrial recession.As a result,Japan performed a very victorious transformation,which has inspired thousands of millions of people from all over the world.This paper refreshes the recollection of Kyushu＇s triumphant reform and proposes a chain of measures to solve the problems of coal industry of Xuzhou,in the hope of revitalizing the aged industrial bases of Xuzhou more comprehensively as well as more quickly.
