摘　　要：针对当前中小型公共图书馆窗口流通服务中存在的新问题,提出了开展针对性培训、调整工作方向、提高沟通技巧等解决措施。In the light of the problems currently existing in the window circulation service of medium and small-sized public library,this paper puts forward some solutions such as carrying out the targeted training,adjusting the working direction,and improve communication skills,etc.
