摘　　要：使用故障树分析法对某供输弹机进行了分析。通过定性分析找出了引起故障的主要原因。通过定量分析计算了顶事件的故障概率和各底事件的概率重要度。指出了该系统的薄弱环节,为使用和维修提供了建议,有助于降低系统的故障概率,提高系统使用可靠性。A self-loading mechanism＇ s fault by fault tree analysis method is analysed. Through the qualitative analysis the main reasons for failure is found, through quantitative analysis the top event fault probability and the probability importance of bottom events were calculated. The weak links of the system are point out, and provided suggestions for the use and repair, help to reduce the system failure probability, improved system reliability.
