青梅散外敷治疗口腔溃疡的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察青梅散的疗效，探明其药效学基础。方法：随机设立青梅散组和冰硼散组进行临床疗效观 察和对比；动物实验分别在小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠上进行抗炎、抗溃疡实验。结果：青梅散的临床显效率为７７．５％，总 有效率为９７．５％，明显优于冰硼散，两者相比Ｐ＜０．０１；动物实验表明，青梅散能明显抑制大鼠棉球肉芽叶的增 生，显著对抗巴豆油所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀，对豚鼠颊部溃疡疗效显著，优于冰硼散。结论：青梅散是一种有效的 治疗口腔溃疡的外用散剂，其临床疗效具有较好的药效学基础。Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Qingmei Powders (QMP) on ulcer of oral cavity(UOC) and explore its pharmacodynamics basis of clinical effect. Methods:clinical effect of OMP was observed in patients and computer with Bingpeng Powders (BPP) ;in experimental study,mainly ob- served the anti-inflammatory and anti - ulcer action in rats,mice and cavy respectively. Results:clinical study showed that the obvious effective rate of OMP was 77.5%,and the total effective rate was 97.5%,it demonstrate a significant difference in camparing with BPP, p＜0.01.The cure time of qingwei powder was obvious shorter than that of control (P ＜ 0.001). Laboratory research suggested QMP could inhibit growth of the flesh abcess caused by inserting cotton- ball in rats,and resist hematoma of the auricle incured by croton-oil,it showed marked effect in treating cheek for in cavy. Conclusion: QMP is a effective external powders in treating UOC,its curative effect has the definite basis of pharmacodynamics.
