摘 要:在110m2烧结机上进行碱度0.4倍和1.95倍的烧结矿生产试验,并对比生产工艺参数、技术经济指标、烧结矿理化性能。试验结论:生产碱度为0.4倍的酸性烧结矿,(1)品位上升,降低低温还原粉化率,有脱S效果;(2)转鼓强度下降,内返矿偏高,成品率、产量、利用系数下降,能耗及生产成本增加;(3)烧结透气性下降,料层厚度降低;(4)酸性烧结矿中w(FeO)高以及>40mm粒级量偏高;(5)加水量少。Pilot production of sinter with alkalinity of 0.4 and 1.95 respectively was carried out at 110m2 Sintering Machine, and the process parameters, the technical-and-economic indexes and physico- chemical property of sinter were compared. Test results: when producing the acid sinter with alkalinity of 0.4, (1) the grade was up, the reducing degradation ratio was decreased, and it can desulfurize; (2) the tumbler strength was reduced, the return fines ratio is high, the production yield, the output and utilization coefficient were decreased, and furthermore, the energy consumption and production cost were increased; (3) the sintering permeability and the bed height was reduced; (4) w (FeO) is high and the amount of acid sinter with size 〉40 mm was on the high side; (5) it needed a small amount of water.
