摘  要:介绍冷轧平整机支撑辊表面振动纹的形貌,其产生原因:机组刚性和稳定性降低,受轧制中的振源引起平整机自激振动,以及轧制中的各项振动的耦合。总结实施的排查液压辅助系统及机架辊系、采用变速轧制避开共振区、调整平整液浓度、排除主传动机械故障、更换大辊径支撑辊及优化轧辊直径配对等控制振动纹的措施及其效果。The appearance and causes of chatter marks occurred on the backup roll surface of temper mill were introduced: the rigidity and stability of mill were reduced; the self-excited vibration of temper mill was caused by the vibration source and the coupled vibration during roiling. The countermeasures and effects for controlling the chatter marks, such as to investigate the hydraulic system and breast roll system, adopt variable-speed rolling to avoid the resonance region, adjust the concentration of tempering lubricant, reduce the displacement of main drive system, and change the large backup roll as well as optimize the matched roller diameter, were summarized.
