摘　　要：弓形虫病是一种严重危害人畜健康和畜牧业发展的人畜共患寄生虫病。目前对该病的流行病学、实验室检测技术及疫苗研究开发等方面的研究已经取得较大进展,特别是分子诊断技术的开发应用,使弓形虫病难以准确诊断和及时治疗的现状得到明显改善。现对弓形虫病的研究概况作一系统综述。Toxoplasmosis is an important zoonosis that will produce serious damage to health of people and livestock,and development of animal husbandry.The progress of epidemiology,detecting technique,research and development of toxoplasmosis vaccine has been made a lot.The diagnosis and treatment level of toxoplasmosis have been obviously improved due to development and using of molecule diagnostic technique.The progress in research on toxoplasmosis is systematically review in this paper.
