摘　　要：HIV感染已成为全世界严重的公共卫生问题,并日益得到人们的关注。近年来,人们发现HIV感染及其疾病进展与机体细胞免疫功能有关,尤其是在天然免疫中占重要组成部分的自然杀伤细胞。了解自然杀伤细胞在HIV感染中发挥的作用,为更好地了解HIV感染机制奠定了基础。本文就NK细胞的生物学功能以及其在HIV感染中的作用上作一简要综述。HIV infection has become a serious problem of public health,which is more and more recognized by general public.Recently,it is observed cellular immunity is involved in HIV infection and disease progression,especially the natural killer cells,which is an important part of innate immuniy.In order to clearly understand the mechanism of HIV infection,we try to figure out the function of NK cells during HIV infection.The article reviews the function of NK cells and the effect of NK cells in HIV infection.
