基于层次分析法的西南边疆离岸金融中心布局分析

摘　　要：通过构建离岸金融中心因素评价指标体系及其层次结构模型,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,对西南边疆离岸金融中心布局的具体方案进行优选决策。研究结果表明,金融机构创新能力、人才储备、金融机构竞争力与区位优势等几个因素对离岸金融中心形成和发展影响最大,在布局离岸金融中心时应该重点关注。同时,还应该注意发挥政府的主导作用。At first, we construct factor evaluation system and its hierarchical structure model of offshore financial center. And then, we determine the weight of each index by AHP. Finally, we select the location of offshore financial center on the southwest border. The results show that financial institutions innovation, talent pool, the competitiveness of financial institutions and regional advantages, and several other factors affect the development of offshore financial centers. We should focus on them in the layout of offshore financial center. At the same time, it is very important to play a leading role of the government.
