摘 要:从福建霞浦海域分离、筛选到6株对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)具有体外钝化活性的菌株,其中,菌株9和10的抑制率较高,分别达95.26%和92.18%.进一步测定2株菌对TMV的抑制增殖活性,结果表明,菌株9和10可明显抑制TMV的增殖,其抑制率分别为36.29%和35.08%.通过对2株菌的形态特征、生理生化反应及16S rDNA序列的分析,将菌株9鉴定为蜡样芽孢杆菌,菌株10鉴定为水生海洋芽孢杆菌.Six marine bacteria isolated from tidal marine mud in Xiapu, Fujian, exhibited activities against Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). Among them, the strain 9 and 10 showed strong antiviral activities in vitro, resulting in a inhibition rate of 95.26% and 92.18% respectively. Further tests on their antiviral activities in vivo indicated that both strains inhibited the reproduction of TMV particle and the inhibition rates were 36.29% and 35.08% respectively. According to the morphological physiological characters and 16$ rDNA sequence, strain 9 was identified as Bacillus cereus, strain 10 Was identified as Bacillus aquimaris.
