摘　　要：根据新农村建设方针政策和研究区域锦溪镇的新农村建设基本状况,构建了基于GIS的新农村综合信息服务平台。平台致力于整合农村社会经济信息和农村政务资源,以软件服务村民。研究区域的试验性应用证明:平台基本解决了该地在新农村建设中农村信息传输困难、农村适用信息开发程度不到位、农民信息获取能力低的问题,为今后新农村信息化建设提供了参考。A new GIS-based rural information service platform was constructed according to the general and specific policies of new rural construction and the basic conditions of the investigated district-Jinxi Township. The platform was devoted to integrating the rural social and economic information and the rural administrative affairs and served the farmers by the softwares. The pilot application of the platform to Jinxi Township showed that the platform could basically solve the difficulty of information transmission,a shortage of developing applicable information and a problem of low ability for farmers to gain information, providing reference for further constructing new rural informatization.
