摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT(multi-slice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)重建、重组层厚对正常肾上腺MPR(multiplanar reformatted)图像质量的影响。方法使用Somatom 64层螺旋CT扫描机对72例行肝脏增强扫描的患者(左侧肾上腺正常)的肾上腺图像进行后处理,对肾上腺区的原始数据进行不同层厚原始轴位图像重建,重建层厚为0.6mm、1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm,重叠率为70%;用不同层厚的原始轴位图像进行MPR冠状位重组,重组层厚为0.6mm、1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm;应用双盲法评价各组MPR图像质量、测量其信噪比(signal-to-noise ratio,SNR)并进行统计学处理。结果 1.0mm/1.5mm(原始轴位图像重建层厚/MPR图像重组层厚)、1.0mm/2.0mm、1.5mm/2.0mm层厚重建、重组MPR图像的信噪比和图像质量评分高,与其他组间有统计学差异(P<0.05),其三组组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论肾上腺体积小而薄,所以推荐使用1.0mm/1.5mm层厚进行MPR图像重建、重组,能更好观察肾上腺的形态,同时也保证较好的图像质量。Objective To investigate the MPR image quality of reconstruction and reformation slice thicknesses in multislice CT study for the normal adrenal gland.Methods A total of 72 patients(42 men,30 women;age range,23~80 years;mean age,52 years) with normal adrenal gland underwent liver contrast material-enhanced CT performed with Sensation 64-slice spiral CT.The adrenal gland raw data were reconstructed with 0.6 mm,1.0 mm,1.5 mm,2.0 mm slice thicknesses,with 70% section overlap.Coronal MPR images were obtained with 0.6 mm,1.0 mm,1.5 mm and 2.0 mm reformation.Subjective image quality was evaluated by two independent reviewers,using a 5-piont grading scale.The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) was measured quantitatively;Kruskal-Wallis test was used for statistical analysis.Results The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and score of 1.0 mm/1.5 mm(reconstruction/reformation slice thicknesses),1.0 mm/2.0 mm,1.5 mm/2.0 mm reconstructed MPR images were found to be significantly higher than other groups(P0.001),but there were no significant differences(P0.05) between the three groups.Conclusion The volume of adrenal gland is small and thin,so we recommend using 1.0 mm/1.5 mm slice thicknesses for the adrenal MPR reconstruction and reformatione and,meanwhile,ensure to obtain a better image quality.
