摘 要:目的探讨高频超声诊断闭合性阴茎损伤的声像图特点及临床价值。方法对22例临床手术或随访证实的闭合性阴茎损伤患者临床资料及超声图像进行回顾性分析。结果闭合性阴茎损伤的高频超声图像清晰、典型,常可见白膜及海绵体连续性中断、海绵体血肿、阴茎皮下血肿、尿道回声连续性中断等特征,能准确显示病变的部位、范围及血供情况。结论高频超声检查简单、高效、非侵入性,在闭合性阴茎损伤诊断中具有较高的临床价值,可作为闭合性阴茎损伤影像学检查的首选方法。Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound (HFU) on the diagnosis of blunt pe- nile injury and its image characteristics. Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with blunt penile injury were analyzed retrospectively, including HFU image data. Results The HFU image of blunt penile injury was very clear and typical. It often represented with the interruption of the continuity of visible albuginea and cavernous, cavernous hematoma, subcuta- neous hematoma of penis, urinary tract discontinuity echo and so on. It could accurately show the location, extent and blood supply of the lesion. Conclusion HFU is a simple, effective and non--invasive method to the diagnosis of blunt pe- nile injury, which can serve as preferred alternative of the imaging examination on the blunt penile injury,
