摘  要:目的以64层CT新技术VRT(容积再现)成像对眼眶进行系统研究,与常规断层条件进行对比,以期提高确诊率,降低漏诊率。方法①通过VRT成像特点,更改重建层厚,寻找眶壁的最薄弱点,并进行统计学处理;②利用VRT成像的"各向同性"原理,重建出眶壁,进行二次诊断。并与常规断层条件下的诊断结果进行对比。结果①眶壁的最薄弱点位置的所在无统计学意义(χ2=1.20,P=0.273>0.05),对本次研究无影响;②眶壁骨折的发生位置无统计学意义(χ2=0.33,P=0.857>0.05);③VRT重建条件下的诊断检出率78.75%明显高于常规断层条件的诊断检出率71.25%。结论螺旋CT轴位薄层扫描加VRT三维重建技术对眼眶骨折的诊断清晰、明确,在寻找特殊位置的结构时直观准确,此特性在司法鉴定中有着积极作用,应该作为眼眶螺旋CT扫描的常规后处理技术。Objective Use the 64-alice CT technology VRT (volume rendering) image of the systematic study of the or- bit. compared with conventional fault conditions, in order to improve diagnosis rates and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods ①Through VRT imaging features, change reconstruction slice thickness, find the weakest orbital wall, and for statistical analysis; (~) The use of VRT image of the “isotropic”principle, to reconstruct the orbital wail, a second diagno- sis. And compared the fault conditions with the conventional diagnostic results. Results O Where the weakest positionno of orbital is no statistically significant (X2= 1.20, P =0. 273〉0.05), had no effect on this study; ② The location of or- bital wall fracture was not statistically significant (χ^2 =0.33, P =0. 857〉0.05) ; ③ VRT reconstruction under the condi- tions of diagnostic detection rate of 78.75% was significantly higher than conventional fault conditions, the detection rate of 71.259,4 of the diagnosis. Conclusion Axial helical CT scan plus VRT thin three--dimensional reconstruction of the or- bital fracture diagnosis is clear, look for a special position in the structure of visual accuracy, this feature has a positive i- dentification of the judicial role should be as the eye of conventional spiral CT scan post-- processing techniques.
