摘 要:目的探讨姜黄素(curcumin,CUR)对犬碘化油肝动脉栓塞性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用碘化油栓塞犬肝动脉建立急性肝损伤模型。取健康家犬12只,随机分为3组。A组经导管肝动脉注入生理盐水;B组注入碘化油;C组注入碘化油+CUR溶液。测定各组犬血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,同时进行病理学检查,观察姜黄素对肝脏的作用。结果姜黄素能显著降低碘化油肝动脉栓塞性肝损伤犬血清ALT、AST值,降低MDA含量,并减轻碘化油肝动脉栓塞对肝组织的病理损伤。结论姜黄素对碘化油肝动脉栓塞性肝损伤犬具有保护作用。Objective To explore the protective effects of curcumin (CUR) on dog liver injury caused by hepatic artery embolism with lipiodol. Methods Acute injury model of dog liver was established. The model was induced by hepatic artery e'mbolism with lipiodol. Twelve healthy native dogs were divided into three groups at random: Group A (normal con trod transcatheter hepatic arterial infusion physiological saline; Group B (model group) transcatheter hepatic arterial infu sion lipiodol and Group C (trial group) transcatheter hepatic arterial infusion lipiodol and CUR solution. The blood serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and malondialdehyde (MDA) value of all the groups were surveyed and evaluated. And liver pathological results were also observed in those groups. Results CUR can signifi- cantly lower the levels of ALT, AST and MDA in serum and simultaneously reduce pathological injury of liver tissue. Conclusion Curcumin can effeetively prevent liver injury induced by hepatic artery embolism with lipiodol.
