摘　　要：目的探讨手指甲床远端部分缺失的修复方法。方法对30例手指甲床远端部分缺失患者，根据损伤平面分类并分别应用掌侧皮瓣直接推进、单侧或双侧V-Y推进皮瓣推进，结合改良甲床扩大术进行修复。结果术后平均随访1年，所有皮瓣全部存活，患指末端饱满，感觉基本正常，指甲外形良好。结论局部推进皮瓣结合改良甲床扩大术，能较好地恢复指端外形和甲床长度，达到美容修复指端的效果。Objective To investigate the method of repair for partial loss of the distal finger nail bed. Methods A total of 30 cases with partial loss of the distal finger nail bed were treated with volar advancement flap, unilateral or bilateral V-Y advancement flap along with modified nail augmentation based on the level of injury and the remaining portion of the nail. Results All flaps survived. One year postoperative follow-up （range, 6 to 24 montlts） revealed that the texture, color and sensation of the fingertips were good. The appearance of the nails was satisfactory. Conduslon Local advancement flap combined with modified nail augmentation is an ideal method for cosmetic repair of partial loss of chstal finger nail bed. It restores the length and appearance of the distal finger nail.
