蒙脱石散联合山莨菪碱治疗轮状病毒性肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨蒙脱石散联合山莨菪碱治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法选取2008年1月至2010年9月在我院就诊的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿182例，根据是否进行蒙脱石散联合山莨菪碱治疗分为对照组81例，治疗组101例。对照组给予利巴韦林（10-15mg·kg^-1·d^-1）抗病毒及补液等治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上加用蒙脱石散（〈1岁者1g，3次／d，〉1岁者1．5g，3次／d，首次加倍）联合山莨菪碱（0．1—0．3mg／kg）治疗。以粪便次数减少、性状转好及全身症状缓解为疗效评判标准。结果治疗组的总有效率达92．08％（93例），明显高于对照组的67．90％（55例），且差异有统计学意义（X^2=19．152，P〈0．01）。治疗组退热时间和止泻时间分别为（2．78±0．85）d和（3．06±1．58）d，明显短于对照组的（3．65±0．76）d和（5．04±1．88）d，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=6．447、7．719，P〈0．01）。结论蒙脱石散联合山莨菪碱治疗轮状病毒疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of montmofillonite powder and anisodamine in treating rotavirus enteritis. Methods One hundred and eighty-two mtavirus enteritis children treated in our hospital from January 2008 to September 2010 were divided into two groups, there were 81 cases in control group and 101 cases in treatment group. Children in control group were treated with ribavirin（ 10-15 mg·kg·^1· d^-1） and liquid supplement, children in treat- ment group were treated with montmorillonite powder（ 〈 1 years old, lg,3 times a day; 〉 1 years old, 1.5 g, 3 times a day; double for the first time） and anisodamine（0.1-0.3 mg/kg） on the basis of the treatment of control group. The ther- apeutic effects were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（92.08%, 93 cases） was much higher than that in control group（67.90%, 55 cases）, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （X^2= 19.152,P 〈 0.01 ）. The defervesce time and antidiurrheal time in treatment group were （2.78 ±0.85） and （3.06 ±1.58） days, and in control group were （3.65±0.76） and （5.04± 1.88） days, there were statistical differences between the two groups（ t = 6.447,7.719, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Montmofillonite powder and anisodamine are effective in treating rotaviras enteritis, and it is worthy to be used.
