摘　　要：Epstein-Barr病毒（EBV）属于疱疹病毒科γ亚科，为线性双链DNA病毒。BZLF1基因的表达产物Zta在病毒裂解感染级联反应的启动和维持中起了至关重要的作用。BZLF1基因的启动子Zp调节着BZLF1的表达。近年来，基因BZLF1及其启动子Zp区域的多态性成为研究的热点，此文对BZLF1基因及其启动区Zp的多态性的研究进展进行了综述。Epstein-Barr virus（EBV） is a ubiquitous, human gamma-1 herpesvirus, with a double stranded DNA genome. The BZLF1 gene with its expression product Zta plays an essential role in the activation and maintenance of the lytic cascade. The BZLF1 gene promoter Zp regulates the expression of BZLF1. The polymorphic variations of the BZLF1 gene and Zp have been widely researched. Some advances on sequence variation in EBV BZLF1 gene and its promoter Zp are reviewed in this article.
