摘　　要：从大量的实验研究和有限的临床应用来看,目前气管置换术尚不能成熟应用,主要在于替代物的生物相容性差,且不能有效地血管化,常易伴发替代物移位、脱落、上皮缺血、坏死,以及细菌侵袭、感染等并发症。本文从气管替代物类型的角度,回顾了近年来在动物实验及临床应用上取得的成果,并对未来的研究做出展望。According to the numerous experimental studies but limited clinical applications, the tracheal replacement is still far to be applied maturely. This should be attribute to the poor bioeompatibility of the substitute and insuffi cient vascularization, even with added prosthetic migration and dislocation, epithelial ischemia and necrosis, as well as local infections, and so on. Here we present a review in the attempts to summarize the progress and prospective advances in tracheal substitute.
