摘　　要：目的探讨Medpor置入联合额肌瓣悬吊治疗外伤性重度上睑下垂的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析自2008年2月至2012年3月收治的18例外伤性上睑下垂患者的临床资料。辅助Medpor置入的方式重建眶区骨折部位，行额肌瓣悬吊术重建上睑提肌力，并对临床经验进行总结。结果本组18例患者，术后随访6-24个月，上睑下垂得到解决，无复发，效果满意。结论本手术方法疗效确切，在复位眶区骨折的同时重建上睑肌力，是治疗外伤性重度上睑下垂的有效方法。Objective To explore the methods and effect of Medpor implant and frontalis suspension on the treatment of traumatic severe blepharoptosis. Methods A retrospective study was performed on the clinical data of 18 patients with severe traumatic blepharoptosis received in our department. The orbital fracture was reconstructed by Medpor implant, and myodynamia for lifting upper eyelid was reconstructed by frontalis suspension. The clinical experience was summarized. Results After 6 to 24 months follow-up, all 18 cases received satisfactory results without recurrence. Conclusion It is an effective approach of Medpor implant and frontalis suspension for the repair and reconstruction of traumatic severe blepharoptosis.
