摘  要:目的观察IgA肾病(IgAN)肾小球毛细血管内血浆蛋白平均吸光度(MAPG)变化与微血栓形成率、IgA沉积量、临床表现及病理类型之间的关系。方法用图像分析仪定量测定55例IgAN肾穿标本MAPG和IgA沉积物 ,比较高MAPG组与低MAPG组之间微血栓形成率、IgA沉积量、临床表现及病理类型的差异。结果高MAPG组IgAN微血栓形成率、IgA沉积量、肾小球硬化率均显著高于低MAPG组。结论IgAN肾微循环内血浆蛋白浓度升高促进IgA沉积。Objective To observe the relationship between the changes of mean light absorbency of plasma protein in the glomerular capillary (MAPG) and the formation of microthrombus, IgA deposit, clinical findings, and pathological types. Methods With an image pattern analyzer, a quantitative determination was made of MAPG and IgA deposit of renalpuncture samples in 55 patients with IgAN. A comparison was made of the difference between formative rate of microthrombus and IgA deposit volume, clinical findings and pathological types between high MAPG group and low MAPG group. Result The microthrombus formative rate, IgA deposit volume, and glomerular sclerosis rate in high MAPG group were all higher than those in low MAPG group. Conclusion The rise of concentration of plasma protein in renal microcirculation in IgAN will promote the sedimentation of IgA, the formation of microthrombus and glomerular sclerosis.
