摘 要:智能变电站是变电站发展的趋势,而智能变电站过程层采样值传输协议,是将非常规互感器采集到的电力一次系统的运行数据传输给保护装置和监控装置,这些数据的正常传输是保护装置和监控装置完成其各自功能的基础。详细介绍了智能变电站过程层的3种采样值传输协议,从灵活性、实时性、可靠性等方面比较了其优缺点,并给出了实现这3种协议的编程方法。Intelligent substation is the trend of the development of substation. The transfer protocol of sampled value in process level of intelligent substation transfers the power system operation data acquired from non-conventional instrument transformers to the protection device and monitoring device. And the normal data transformation is basic for protection device and monitoring device to realize their respective functions. In the paper, three transfer protocols are introduced in detail. And the advantages and disadvantages of the three are compared from the aspects such as flexibility, real-time performance and reliability. Furthermore, the programming methods of the three protocols are also presented.
