咳喘平片提取工艺的实验研究

摘　　要：采用正交试验法对咳喘平片提取工艺进行优选，以总黄酮和总生物碱含量为指标，以加水量、提取时间、提取次数和醇沉浓度为因子进行试验。结果表明，咳喘平片最佳提取工艺为药材１２ 倍量水提取３ 次，每次２ｈ，醇沉浓度为８０％ 。Using the contents of total flavones and alkaloids as indexes,water\|adding amount,decocting time,extracting time,alcohol\|precipitation concentration as factors,the preparation procedure for Kechuanping tablets was studied by orthogonal test.As a result,the optimum preparation procedure for Kechuanping tablets is 12 times of water\|adding amount,2 hours of decocting time,3 times of extracting time and 80% of alcohol\|precipitation concentration.
